01 — What We Heard

The brief, in your words.

  • 01

Vocal Beats wants to test a higher-volume organic creator model — steady posting through real creator accounts, not a one-off influencer campaign.

  • 02

The format is intentionally simple: a young Gen Z creator, a phone, the Buz interface, a short caption, and roughly ten seconds of content that reads as a native post.

  • 03

The priority is finding the right creators — visual fit and account quality — rather than adding production complexity that this test doesn't need.

  • 04

The starting target is three creators producing at least 45 posts per month, published across TikTok and Instagram.

  • 05

The test has to control cost while creating enough volume to train the algorithm and surface repeatable formats worth scaling.

  • 06

If the test performs, creator count and production volume can expand into a larger performance-creative program.

02 — Executive Summary

A managed engine for consistent, native-feeling creator content.

Organic short-form is won through volume and iteration, not polish. The accounts that break through are the ones publishing consistently, testing many hooks, and doubling down on what the feed rewards. That is a sourcing-and-operations problem before it is a creative one — and it is exactly the kind of repeatable system VID is built to run.

Under VID Supply Start, VID sources and manages a small roster of camera-ready creators, coordinates a monthly brief, and ships 45 native vertical videos published through the creators' own TikTok and Instagram accounts. Each cycle tests hooks, captions, creator styles, and formats, then reports back on what earned attention.

It runs month-to-month, starting with a single pilot month — enough to prove the system and see which creators convert, which hooks travel, and which formats are worth scaling. No long-term commitment: continue, adjust, or pause after any cycle.

The engagement at a glance

  • Three approved Gen Z creators, all age 18 or older
  • 45 vertical videos and 45 organic placements per month
  • Approximately 10–15 seconds per video, native 9:16
  • TikTok and/or Instagram distribution
  • Sourcing, briefing, QC, posting verification, and reporting
  • One consolidated light revision round
  • $5,000 per month · month-to-month, pilot month to start

03 — The Opportunity

Why volume-led organic creator content, and why now.

Reps

Algorithmic reach follows consistency. Forty-five posts a month gives the feed enough signal to find the audiences that respond — something a handful of high-production spots can't do.

Native

Content that looks like a real post outperforms content that looks like an ad. Creator-led delivery on creator accounts earns attention the way the platform is designed to reward.

Signal

Every cycle is a test. Hooks, captions, creators, and formats compete against each other, so the program compounds — you learn what to scale instead of guessing.

This is a testing program, not a guarantee of reach. Organic views, engagement, downloads, and conversions can't be promised. What VID commits to is consistent volume, disciplined testing, and clear reporting on what's working.

04 — Proposed Growth Channel

Performance Creative — Organic UGC.

Short, high-frequency creator content designed for rapid creative testing rather than high-production brand storytelling.

VID Supply Start

A managed monthly stream of native creator videos.

Each video generally features a creator appearing naturally on camera, the Buz app — Vocal Beats’ voice-chat app — on a phone, a simple action or reaction, trending audio where it fits, short on-screen captions, and a clear hook in the opening seconds. Your reference video sets the benchmark for pacing, length, framing, and simplicity.

Monthly investment

$5,000

Per month · month-to-month, pilot month to start. Includes production, organic placement, coordination, QC, and reporting within scope.

05 — Creative Direction

Four repeatable formats to test against each other.

These are the starting content shapes each creator can execute quickly and repeatedly. We rotate them, measure them, and lean into what the feed rewards.

01

Product-in-Hand

The creator holds the phone toward the camera while a short caption introduces the product or a first reaction. Simple, warm, and direct.

02

POV Reaction

A facial reaction, movement, or transition paired with a relatable on-screen statement. Built to land an emotion in the first seconds.

03

Friend-to-Friend Recommendation

Content that feels like a casual recommendation to a friend rather than a polished advertisement. The most native shape in the mix.

04

Trend Adaptation

Buz is folded into an existing audio, caption, or visual behavior — present without overexplaining the app.

06 — Visual UGC References

The look and feel we're aiming for.

Directional casting and format references — the on-camera energy, framing, and caption style each post should carry. Sample creators and captions are illustrative, not final.

Creator sample: a creator holding a phone toward camera, caption reads “Me + Buz forever”
01 · Product-in-Hand

Tests whether a warm, first-person endorsement framing drives saves and profile visits.

Creator sample: a street POV reaction, caption reads “POV: you found the app your friends won’t stop using”
02 · POV Reaction

Tests whether a social-proof / FOMO hook lifts watch-through and comments.

Creator sample: a creator with friends outdoors, caption reads “Trying this with the group chat tonight”
03 · Friend-to-Friend

Tests whether a casual plan-with-friends framing drives shares and sends.

Creator sample: a creator adapting a trend, caption reads “Send this to the friend who always controls the vibe”
04 · Trend Adaptation

Tests whether a tag-a-friend trend format extends reach beyond the creator’s own following.

Visual casting references only. These are directional concepts — not contracted creators. Final creators are subject to availability and Vocal Beats approval, and all creators will be age 18 or older.

07 — Monthly Deliverables

One video posted to two platforms counts as two placements unless otherwise approved in writing. Specific follower counts can't be guaranteed at this budget.

08 — Creator Sourcing & Approval

You approve the roster before anything is filmed.

How VID sources

VID identifies and screens creators for visual fit, account quality, audience relevance, availability, and pricing — then negotiates rates and presents a recommended roster for your approval before any production begins.

Creator profile

All creators are age 18 or older and skew Gen Z — the native, camera-ready demographic this content is built around. Target audience size runs roughly 2,000–100,000 followers, subject to availability at this budget.

Nothing is filmed against an unapproved creator. You review and approve the recommended creators and creative direction before the first content cycle starts. Creators requiring premium fees, guaranteed follower thresholds, exclusivity, or extended usage rights are quoted separately.

09 — Monthly Operating Workflow

A simple, repeatable cycle each month.

  • Week 1

    Plan & Brief

    • Confirm product priority for the month
    • Confirm your brief and creative direction, shaped together
    • Agree caption directions and demos
    • Confirm posting distribution and approvals
  • Week 2

    Produce & Review

    • Creators record the approved formats
    • VID reviews for quality and brief alignment
    • Correct product representation and captions
    • One consolidated light revision round
  • Weeks 3–4

    Publish & Learn

    • Approved content publishes on creator accounts
    • VID verifies posting and collects performance
    • Early creative patterns identified
    • Recommendations prepared for next cycle

Delays in product access, feedback, approvals, or app functionality may shift the posting schedule. Consolidated feedback within two business days keeps each cycle on cadence.

10 — Responsibilities

Who does what.

VID manages

The full sourcing-to-reporting operation.

  • Consolidated feedback within two business days
  • Any tracking links or promo codes, and confirmation that featured functionality works

11 — Reporting & Optimization

  • Volume

Completed assets and completed placements against the monthly target.

  • Reach & views

Total views and average views per post, with 3-second views where available.

  • Watch quality

Vocal Beats may also share app-download, profile-visit, referral, or conversion data to fold into the analysis. Organic reach, views, engagement, follower growth, downloads, and conversions can't be guaranteed.

12 — Investment

One flat monthly rate, built transparently.

Additional assets Additional approved assets or placements can be added at $110 each when they follow the same format, creator structure, production requirements, and usage limitations described here. Creators requiring premium fees, guaranteed follower thresholds, category exclusivity, extended usage rights, or unusually high engagement are quoted separately.

Pricing assumptions The rate assumes timely product access and working functionality, reference videos and approved claims, feature priorities each cycle, and consolidated feedback within two business days. Creator reshoots caused by new instructions, changed product functionality, or feedback delivered after approval may require an additional fee. Because this is native, creator-led content, minor differences in background, tone, gestures, lighting, and performance are expected.

13 — Scope Boundaries & Usage Rights

What's included — and what's a separate conversation.

The monthly rate covers creator production and organic publication through the approved creator accounts. A few things sit outside that scope by design.

Included In the monthly package

  • Creator production of 45 native vertical videos
  • Organic publication through participating creator accounts
  • Sourcing, briefing, coordination, and quality control
  • Posting verification and monthly reporting
  • One consolidated light revision round

Separate Not included unless purchased

  • Paid advertising, Spark Ads, or creator whitelisting
  • Brand-owned account publishing and raw footage
  • Perpetual licensing, website, TV, streaming, or out-of-home use
  • Creator exclusivity or competitor restrictions
  • Likeness buyouts and AI training, cloning, or synthetic reproduction

Usage in plain terms The fee covers organic publication through the participating creator accounts as described here. Any other content usage — paid media, brand-account posting, extended licensing, or reproduction rights — must be approved in writing and may require additional creator compensation. This engagement also excludes paid media buying and ad spend, guaranteed follower counts or conversions, macro-influencer or celebrity talent, community management and comment responses, long-form production, complex scripting, location shoots, professional crews, custom sets or wardrobe, advanced VFX, app development, and app-store optimization.

14 — Timeline

How the pilot plays out — and where it can go.

  • Month 1 · Pilot

    Stand it up

    • Source and approve the first creator roster
    • Lock creative direction and first brief
    • Ship 45 assets and 45 placements
    • First performance read and recommendations
  • Month 2 · Optional

    Tune it

    • Double down on early-winning hooks and creators
    • Retire formats that aren't landing
    • Ship the next 45 assets and placements

    • Full-term review of creators and performance
    • Recommendation on volume, paid usage, or expansion

Work begins after payment, agreement execution, product access, and receipt of the initial campaign materials. The engagement runs month-to-month — no multi-month commitment, and you decide before each cycle whether to continue.

15 — Why VID

Built to run as your creator operation, not a one-off vendor.

  • Sourcing and operations are the hard part — and that's what we run. Finding, vetting, negotiating, briefing, and coordinating creators at volume is the work that makes organic UGC actually happen. VID owns it end to end.

  • One system, one point of contact. Planning, production, QC, posting, and reporting run through a single workflow — no chasing creators or stitching together freelancers yourself.

  • Designed for testing, not vanity. The program is structured to surface repeatable formats and real signal, so every month compounds on the last.

  • You approve before we produce. Creators and creative direction are approved by Vocal Beats before a single post goes out.

  • Built to scale when it works. The Supply Start rate is the on-ramp; if the test performs, the same system extends to more creators, more volume, or paid usage.

How this fits your team VID acts as your video department for this channel — supplying the creator network, production capacity, and operating rhythm a lean marketing team can't carry alone while also running everything else. You bring the product and the priorities; we bring the engine.

16 — Success Criteria

What "this worked" looks like.

Operationally successful when VID consistently…

  • Activates three qualified creators
  • Delivers 45 monthly short-form assets
  • Completes 45 monthly organic placements
  • Maintains the agreed publishing cadence
  • Produces usable performance reporting
  • Identifies creators and formats worth continued investment

After any month, you decide whether to…

  • Continue at the current volume
  • Increase the creator network
  • Increase monthly asset volume
  • Add paid usage or Spark Ads
  • Expand into additional products or apps
  • Build a larger performance-creative program

Success here is defined operationally. Organic reach, engagement, downloads, and conversions remain outside anyone's guarantee — the commitment is consistent volume, disciplined testing, and honest reporting.
